Dakota Ruby Pequeno — called Cody by those close to her — was a 16-year-old looking forward to her senior year. She loved playing in Powder Puff football games, entering the school talent show, singing songs from Rocky Horror Picture Show, and listening to bands like Evanescence and Slipknot.
