Introduction
The AHEPA-DOP District 12 Foundation is committed to expanding access to higher education, fostering cross-cultural exchange, and supporting charitable initiatives. The foundation also seeks to cultivate civic-mindedness and personal achievement while upholding American values such as family, participatory democracy, and free enterprise.
Application deadline and how to submit
All application materials must be received by March 15, 2026. Email your completed application and every supporting document to ahepa.dop12.scholarships@gmail.com no later than that date.
Application requirements and completeness
Applicants must fill out the application form and review all instructions, rules, and eligibility criteria carefully. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Be sure to include:
- Letters of recommendation
- Official transcripts
- Required essays
All these items must accompany your application for it to be considered.
Award presentation and attendance
Scholarships will be presented at a luncheon during this year’s AHEPA-DOP District 12 Convention. Awardees are strongly encouraged to attend in person to receive their scholarships. If an award recipient cannot be present, a parent, grandparent, or other family member may accept the award on their behalf; if no family representative attends, the scholarship may be awarded to an alternate recipient.
