Overview
The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne is a nonprofit that establishes permanent endowment funds, matches donors with local needs, and awards grants and scholarships to strengthen life in Fort Wayne and throughout Allen County, Indiana. Each year the foundation makes available more than 75 scholarship opportunities through a single, centralized Universal Application. Those awards serve a wide range of applicants — high school seniors, current college students, non-traditional/adult learners, and individuals experiencing financial emergencies — including programs such as the Emergency Scholarship Fund and the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
